Hello there, my name is Taylor Vesp, owner & lead coordinator at Tailored Events. My love & passion for event planning started at a young age, and since then I have fallen in love with helping people’s dreams for some of the biggest moments in their lives come true!
I am a University of Nevada, Las Vegas graduate with a degree in Communication Studies & also have my Wedding & Event Coordination certification from the International School of Hospitality, Las Vegas. Throughout college I had the privilege of working with some amazing event coordinators who really inspired me & helped me fall in love with this industry! Shortly after graduating college, I decided to start up a business of my own!
Being able to help make people happy by bringing their ideas to life through my eye for design & innovative ideas is the most fulfilling career path I could have ever chosen. As Confucius once said, “Choose a job that you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life,” and I have done exactly that!
FULL COORDINATION SERVICES
Our full-service package allows our team to thoughtfully design your event décor, styling, and plan all of your wedding day logistics from start to finish. This package is for our clients who simply do not have time to plan their big day or just want help creating a specific vision for their wedding and all of the events surrounding it. We know that the planning process and bringing your ideas to life can be difficult and developing an overall vision for your wedding is often overwhelming, so with our full-service package, we are here to guide you through the process from start to finish and make this a process that is fun and seamless for you. Each of Tailored Event's full-service packages are customized to fit exactly what each couple is looking for, so that your day is all about you enjoying the best moments of your life, while we handle the rest!
PARTIAL COORDINATION SERVICES
Planning for an event can be extremely stressful or it can a wonderful process, Tailored Events is here to ensure that your special day is as perfect and runs more smoothly than you could have ever envisioned. This package is for couples who want to still be super involved in their planning process but want to go that extra mile and have professional tools and experience along the way. If you have a great eye for design but still want that extra push throughout your wedding planning journey to help bring your dream event to life, this package is definitely for you. Our Partial Planning Package are completely customizable and is an option for the couples who may have already completed portions of their planning and require less assistance than what our Full Service Package offers. That’s why we ask that every couple reaches out for a quick chat to discuss the expectations of your day. This allows us to give you an accurate quote for the services you are looking for.
Our Month-Of Wedding Coordination Package is for our more “hands on” couples who want to plan their special day themselves, but want a coordinator there on the day of to ensure that all of their hard work is executed properly and perfectly. Our job is tis make you at ease in knowing everything is in good hands and that you focus on what is really important on your wedding day, enjoying it. This service begins 6 weeks prior to your event, and entail components such as an initial site tour of your venue and a meeting to get to know the couple and to hear all about the detail that they have put into planning their big day! From then on the logistics, final details, and coordinating with the vendors will be transitioned over to us so that we can ensure your wedding is executed flawlessly.
